We are planning from the city. How do we manage meetings?
You will have a dedicated Wedding Coordinator providing personalised support throughout the entire process via email and video call, so you never feel too far away from the planning.

Where will we stay?
Just a short stroll from The Sessions House and boasting a breathtaking wedding suite is our partner hotel. They offer exclusive discounts for our couples and make arranging accommodation straight-forward and simple.

Can we actually get married at The Sessions House, or is it just for the reception?
You can host your entire day here. There is no additional venue charge for ceremonies held at The Sessions House. You can choose from four distinct licensed spaces for your vows, including the grand Courtroom or the open-air Courtyard.

What time does the celebration finish?
Our standard finishing time is midnight. If you would like to extend the party, late finishes can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to council permission.

Are there any other costs I should be aware of?
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Potential additional payments are below:

Damage deposit: £500 refundable.

Early access: you have up to 2 hours on the morning of your wedding to set up decorations. Additional time will be charged at £150 per hour.

Late finish: Our standard finishing time is midnight, we can extend beyond this time for an additional fee, subject to the Council’s permission.

Registrar fees are to be paid by the couple directly to the Council.

Additional fees apply to events with external caterers, however, since your food is included in your package, we can handle everything in-house. For our full External Caterers Policy, and fees associated, please contact us directly.
