Wedding Venue - Spalding, Lincs - We are thrilled to take you behind the scenes of our recent styled wedding shoot, a collaboration with some of the most talented wedding suppliers in the industry. Our vision was to showcase how the historic grandeur of The Sessions House can be the perfect canvas for a modern, elegant, and utterly romantic wedding day here in Spalding Lincolnshire and a stone-throw away from Peterborough.

From the very beginning, this shoot was about blending the old with the new. The magnificent neo-gothic, castle-like architecture of The Sessions House provided a breathtaking backdrop, proving that a venue steeped in history can host a celebration that is both contemporary and timeless.

A Journey Through Our Unique Spaces

Our creative team and our key suppliers - took inspiration from the venue's diverse and characterful rooms. Each space was transformed to tell a different part of the couple's story.

• The Façade & Courtyard: The shoot began by capturing the imposing and beautiful exterior of The Sessions House, using its unique architecture to create truly epic shots. The private courtyard offered a more intimate setting for romantic portraits.

• The Courtroom: With its original wood panelling and sense of history, the Courtroom was the perfect setting for a dramatic and heartfelt ceremony.

• The Emerald Room: This space, with its rich green hues, was styled to perfection for a modern reception look, showing off a more contemporary side to our venue.

• The Magistrates Room & Chinoiserie Library: These rooms, with their stately home vibe and intricate details, were used to capture elegant, refined moments, from signing the register to quiet, intimate portraits.

• The Grand Staircases: The various historic staircases throughout the building provided the perfect opportunity for sweeping, romantic shots of the couple.

  
  

Making The Sessions House even more stunning - event decoration suppliers in Lincolnshire! Decorations and settings were provided by the great team at Treasured Event Hire who have a superb range of decorations and event items for rent for both weddings and parties as well as by A2DStyling who have a great range of wedding decorations and table wear.

Capturing the moment - wedding photographers and videographers in Lincolnshire. The entire day was perfectly captured by our amazing photographers from GRG Photos, Karen Catchpole and Ben Chapman. Each photographer brought their individual style and perspective to this event. And video was captured by the talented Chris Parker.

Tying the knot. Our suave and beautiful models posed the entire day tirelessly. Special thanks for the professional but fun approach taken by all - Sam, Ellie, Keon and Aidan.

Dressed for success - wedding dress and wedding suit suppliers in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. Our models were beautifully attired with the wedding dresses supplied by Posh Frocks & Wedding Belles. Our grooms were wearing their suits provided by Empire Menswear from Grantham with a range of ties to match provided by Zara at The Tie Garden.

Attention to Detail - wedding jewellery and wedding make-up in Lincolnshire. Our friends at Penmans supplied the jewellery from their selection of exquisite collection here in Spalding ensuring that it wasn't just the brides' eyes that were twinkling. And Rachel made sure all our models had the right finishing touches with her talented approach to make-up.

Arriving in Style - classic car and wedding car hire in Lincolnshire. Our brides and grooms were arrived in the most luxurious of transport with vintage cars and classic cars provided by Vintage Bliss Rentals who provided a cute Fiat500 and Peterborough Wedding Cars who provided a classic Rolls Royce.

The Finer Detail - wedding artwork and stationary in Lincolnshire - artwork provided by Libby and wedding stationary was provided by Raspberry Rose Designs.
