We'll sample 5 wines including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, English Sparkling wine, and 1 mystery sparkling wine.

The process involved in making the bubbles is key to the flavour and style of the wine. We will sample Champagne (made using the traditional method) and compare it with other fizz from around the world.
