FAQs

Can I upgrade to a different meal choice?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your Afternoon Tea or switch to a 3-course meal. For the evening meal, we have several delicious buffet options to choose from, from a hot roast to Italian spreads.

Can I invite more guests?

Absolutely. Our maximum capacity to 180 for the evening, and extra guests are charged only at the catering cost per head.

Are there any other costs I should be aware of?

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Potential additional payments are below:

  1. Damage deposit: £500 refundable.

  2. Early access: you have up to 2 hours on the morning of your wedding to set up decorations. Additional time will be charged at £150 per hour.

  3. Late finish: Our standard finishing time is midnight, we can extend beyond this time for an additional fee, subject to the Council’s permission.

  4. Registrar fees are to be paid by the couple directly to the Council.

  5. A £300 fee applies to events with an external caterer, or £400 if more than one external caterer is present. This covers additional cleaning costs and mandatory food safety compliance checks. For our full External Caterers Policy, and fees associated, please contact us directly.
